If two or more items are purchased, each product might be sent in separate shipments at no additional charge for you. In this case we will provide you with a tracking number for each shipment.

Dog Beds | Crate Covers & Mattresses:

Pet beds are typically shipped via FedEx or UPS. In general, most shipments are delivered in approximately 6 to 8 business days after production time for our dog beds | crate covers & Mattresses which is approximately 10 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as the item purchased ships out. Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders.   If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email stating the approximate delivery time.

Dog Neckwear:        

Neckwear items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as the item purchased ships.  All neckwear items are made to order so please allow at least 7 business days for shipping.  If you need the item sooner, please email us at and we will do our absolute best to get the item to you by your desired date.

Phone and Tablet Cases:

Our cases are exclusive designs of 3 Shades of Dog® and are custom made as the orders come in.  Once an order is received, it can take 3-5 days for the manufacturer to process the order and additional 3 to 5 business days to ship. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as the item purchased ships.  If you need an item sooner, please select the expedited shipping option at checkout.  Expedited Shipping is not available outside of the US. 

Domestic Shipping: Domestic shipping is FREE for orders over $75 to the 48 contiguous US States. All other states and territories will incur additional charges.

International shipping: We offer international shipping on all of our products except Bowser Dog Beds. International Shipping rates vary based on the country of destination. Please email us at for rates.

Customs, Duties and Other Fees for International Orders:  Please note that shipping charges do NOT include taxes or duty.  The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order.  In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S Law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to make them as dutiable "merchandise".  Declaring less than the true value of a product is both a violation of US laws and the laws of most other countries.  In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value.  Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marketing your order as "gift" even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient.  Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
