While we strive to provide an excellent shopping experience and customer service, we can only offer a full refund in the original form of payment if the merchandise arrives clearly defective or damaged during transit.
Due to standard health regulations, if you would like to return an item please note that the merchandise MUST be in its original packaging (bag and box, with tag attached in case of a dog bed), clean, unused and free of any contaminants such as pet hair, drool etc. in order to be accepted as a return. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be issued in the form of a Store Credit. Purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to 3 Shades of Dog®. We reserve the right to determine whether the item has been used or washed.
Due to the fact that most of our products are custom made to order we do not offer exchanges, instead we kindly ask our customers to email us with the return request and submit a new order for the product they wished to have "exchanged" the original item for.
To initiate a return please email us at info@3ShadesofDog.com. Please be sure to include "Return Request" in the subject line. DO NOT MAIL BACK ANY ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
If you are unsure of what size bed to order, please email us and we will be more than glad to assist! Beds are our business and we would love to assist so you don't have to go through the exchange process. Always err on the side of caution and go one size up if unsure. You pup will thank you. If your dog are anything like ours, they like to stretch out and don't want to feel like they are falling off the side of the bed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All “CLEARANCE” sales are final, therefore not eligible for return.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
- Delivery times are calculated from the time the order leaves the warehouse.
- Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed. Production time for our dog beds and crate covers/mattresses is approximately 10 business days.
- If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each shipment we send you. Your shipping charges will not be affected.
- Due to the fact that the majority of our products are custom made to order, expedited shipping is not offered at this time.
- In general, most shipments are delivered in approximately 6 to 8 business days after they ship. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as the package ships out. Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom bed orders.
- Holidays: During these times production and shipping times can vary.
- If you need to receive an item faster, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our absolute best to get the item to you by your desired date.
Domestic ground shipping is FREE for orders with a pre-tax total of $75 or more to the 48 contiguous US States. Shipments to all other states and territories will incur additional charges. An additional charge of $20 applies for extra large bed orders over $350.

International Shipping is not available for Bowsers products at this time.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND OTHER FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that shipping charges do NOT include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S Law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to make them as dutiable "merchandise". Declaring less than the true value of a product is both a violation of US laws and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marketing your order as "gift" even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

WHAT SIZE OF BED SHOULD I GET FOR MY PET?
The general rule is that your pet's bed should be big and roomy enough so their legs can stretch out for more comfort. Our advice is that you measure the length of your best friend and add 10-12 inches to obtain the best diameter for the bed. When in doubt, it is best to get the larger bed. Trust us, who likes to sleep with their feet dangling off the bed?
Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing an order to ensure that you are ordering the appropriate sized bed.

All of our tech accessories are custom made upon order. Production can take up to 5 days and shipping can take 6 to 8 business days, depending on the carrier and the destination. International shipping can take up to 14 business days. Please be sure to check the status of the package using the provided tracking number.
